Reviews and suggestions
We store contributions linked to your account. Company reviews are published only with your permission and after review, without displaying your email or name. They are self-reported experiences, not employment verification. Feedback about MyTruckPay is private to you and our team. Delete submissions in Reviews; deleting your account also removes them from the active database. We do not attach or publish your payslips with a review.

This address uses ImprovMX to forward enquiries to a Google mailbox dedicated to the project. Do not send passwords or identity documents with your initial enquiry.
Five layers stay separate:
- Account: email address, random internal identifier and sign-in sessions. Payslips belong to that identifier; PPSN and employee numbers are not used as identity. Signing out does not delete data.
- Documents and passwords are used for extraction. The reader does not retain the original or password; images are piped to OCR in memory.
- Extracted payroll — figures you type, private to MyTruckPay.
- Normalized payroll — categories and weekly equivalents for your analysis.
- Aggregated analytical data — medians and sample sizes for MyTruckPay Companies, with no driver identity. This is pseudonymised aggregation, not a claim that the dataset is anonymous.
New payslips retain deduction and allowance categories and amounts, not their free-text labels. Older records may retain earlier labels. Unsaved forms are not retained after reloading.
You can delete your account from My account. This removes the sign-in identity, sessions, payslips and profile from the active database. Deleting only payslips and the profile does not delete the account. We do not promise immediate removal from provider backups.
We use Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, Resend for sign-in emails and Google if you connect Gmail. Gmail access is read-only and can be revoked in your Google account. Salary statistics and contributed employers are published only with current publication permission, including from one contributor. Private analysis remains available. You can withdraw your sharing preference in My account.

Optional public statistics
Viewing the catalogue and analysing payslips do not require participation. In My account you can allow publication of statistics under this notice, disabled by default. We record your choice, its date and the notice version. An earlier permission is not automatically converted to this new permission.
You allow existing and future saved payslips to contribute to public statistics while this option remains enabled. Figures may be published from a single contributor. Earlier internal-review permission does not enable publication.
Public figures include company, declared tenure, pay frequency, available net, gross, rate and hours medians, and contributing account and payslip counts. They may also be grouped by job, vehicle and shift. Three valid consecutive payslips are required to qualify; multiple payslips from one account count as one contributor.
Your name, email and documents are not published. With one contribution, figures reflect your data and someone could link them to you. We do not guarantee anonymity. An account does not prove a distinct person, and a small sample does not represent the whole company.
You can withdraw in My account without losing private analysis. Your data will stop contributing to new requests and figures are recalculated. We cannot recall copies or screenshots made by others. Contact: privacy@mytruckpay.com.
Company and recruiter accounts are a later phase. They must never gain access to an individual driver’s private payslips, payroll history or identity through the company intelligence layer.
Contact details on “List your firm” are operator enquiries, not driver payroll, and are not mixed into the payslip ledger.
Your rights
You can request access and a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection. Write to privacy@mytruckpay.com from your account email. We will verify your identity proportionately without requesting unnecessary documents. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension applies, we will explain it within that period.
You can complain to the data protection authority where you live, work or where an alleged infringement occurred, including the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
